Parent-Tot

Each 30-minute class is designed for children ages 3 months to 3 years and their parent/guardian. These sessions are crucial for introducing young children to water in a safe and engaging environment. They focus on water safety, respect for the water, and laying a strong foundation for future swimming skills. Taught by experienced instructors, the classes ensure that your child’s first experience with the water is both enjoyable and educational, setting the stage for confident and safe swimming in the future.

Pre-Level

“Pre” classes indicate the ages of the swimmers, typically 3-5 year olds.

PreNovice1 (PreNov1): This class introduces water safety and basic skills, helping swimmers get comfortable in the water. Key focuses include blowing bubbles, entering and exiting the pool, and fundamental kicking techniques.

PreNovice2 (PreNov2): Building on prior skills, this class emphasizes floating techniques and water safety. Swimmers refine their kicking, learn to float on their backs, and practice the alligator swim (front and back), with back floating being a key safety skill.

PreAdvanced1 (PreAdv1): This class introduces basic swimming strokes. Swimmers focus on freestyle (crawl), backstroke, and the basics of breaststroke, advancing their skills in the water.

Adult and Teen

We offer group swim lessons for all ages, including tailored classes for adults. No matter your age or experience level, if you're committed to learning how to swim, we have a class for you. Our age-specific groups ensure comfort and build camaraderie, making the learning process more enjoyable. For adults, mastering swimming isn’t just about fitness—it’s about safety and confidence in the water. Our classes help adults overcome fear, improve water safety skills, and enjoy the many benefits of swimming.

Pro-Level

“Pro” classes indicate the ages of the swimmers, typically 6-10 year olds.

ProNovice1 (ProNov1): Tailored for beginners, focusing on water safety, acclimation, jumping in and rolling to float, and kicking skills.

ProNovice2 (ProNov2): Designed for those with some previous experience, reviewing water safety, floating on the back, and beginning freestyle and backstroke techniques.

ProAdvanced1 (ProAdv1): For swimmers advancing in their skills, concentrating on freestyle, backstroke, and the introduction of breaststroke.

ProAdvanced2 (ProAdv2): For more advanced swimmers, focusing on breaststroke, butterfly, endurance building, flip turns, and preparing for competitive swimming.
